Try Singing for Success

Is your child trying to memorize information for a test? Suggest putting it to music. After all, that’s probably how your elementary schooler learned the ABCs!

Have your child try putting the facts into a familiar tune, such as “Old MacDonald.” For example: 7 x 3 is 21, EIEIO. Memorizing the song will let your child go into a test feeling confident about knowing the material, and you will be singing praises for the effort!
