Even the simplest message is more intriguing when it comes in secret code. Use the letters of the alphabet to create your own secret code—and give your child's brain a workout figuring your messages out.
Assign each letter a number. A is 1, B is 2, C is 3 and so on. Then, write your message in a number code. What will your child say about it? To find out, translate this message:
20 - 8 - 9 - 19 9 -19 6 - 21 - 14!
